About Me

I spent thirty years as a nurse in Toronto before returning to the healing traditions my grandmother taught me in Kenya. In the hospital, I saw how the body and spirit are connected - how stress manifests as pain, how grief settles in the chest, how unresolved trauma creates physical symptoms. Now I combine that medical understanding with traditional healing practices. I specialize in emotional and physical wellness, the kind of deep healing that doctors cannot always reach. I live in Toronto now with my grandson who is too loud but keeps me young. If you are carrying something heavy in your body or spirit, tell me. I have seen many things and I do not judge.
