About Me

I spent ten years in corporate marketing in São Paulo before burning out completely. When I hit bottom, I found my way back through crystal healing, meditation, and the traditional practices my grandmother taught me in Bahia. Now at thirty-five, I live in Rio de Janeiro and help others do what I had to learn: rest, recover, and rebuild. I specialize in burnout, stress, and self-care - the kind of healing that happens when you finally stop running. My apartment has too many plants and a view of Sugarloaf Mountain.
